Which mindset serves you better? Would you rather see the entire system as racist and feel held back by it and oppressed by the system, as a victim?

OR

Would you rather recognize that racism does exist, but it’s not what it used to be. It’s not systemic and there are many more important factors to look at that are closer to home that can really empower a person to feel responsible and powerful over their own life? Which is better for you? Here are a few videos that speak to the second attitude, one which I strongly resonate with and that works in harmony with the medicine I practice and teach for 20 years – Holistic Counseling and which works very nicely with Naturopathic Doctors for Truth. Everything comes down to the self. Yes, we stand against racism together, as it is not a welcome part of our world, but, let’s move on past this narrative that many seem attached to, that is not helping anyone.

Candace Owens is not alone – a compilation of like-minded black Americans. – 10:11mins
Thomas Sowell/Black Wisdom Matters – The State of Racism in America – 12:48mins

Another video supportive of these ideas: https://www.facebook.com/watch/?v=292609615461210 – 12:45mins – “What the left won’t tell you about the plight of black people and the myth of systemic racism – (quite a bit of overlap with some of the other videos)”
